Should your new purchase not be what you ordered or is damaged or faulty, please email colin@goodnightsleeptight.co.uk or call 0845 130 9287 (Mon-Fri 10am to 5pm)

You will be offered the following methods of resolving your customer service request:-

  • An exchange of faulty part or product.
  • Collection with full refund.

Please make your call as soon as possible, but no later than seven days from delivery, as we will be keen to resolve your problem. Of course, this does not affect your statutory rights.
