From long-term sleep deprivation to sleeping like a log
Hungry for life, career-focused I was treating sleep as a waste of time and lost good sleeping habits. Like many of us do.
Losing sleep
With increased stress, responsibilities and work load I begun to find it difficult to unwind in the evening and fall asleep. Over the time it became a vicious circle of short, poor night’s sleep, which contributed to even higher stress levels, and this again causing more sleep problems. Sounds familiar?
How can I improve my sleep naturally
I care about health a lot, so I knew I had to do something about it. One thing I knew for sure: I wasn’t resort to alcohol or sleeping peels. So I wanted to find the best ways to improve my sleep naturally. Researching the topic, I many surprising reasons why we can’t sleep and found lots of good tips for better sleep. Tried and tested many of them I figured out what works for me. Now I fall asleep instantly, sleep all night long without waking and wake up in the morning well rested, full of energy.
